Dr. Toyin’s ministry is rooted in the Word of God and a commitment to helping believers grow in their knowledge of Christ, spiritual maturity, and understanding of God’s Kingdom. Her teaching addresses identity in Christ, divine government, authority, purpose, leadership, and the practical expression of biblical truth in everyday life.

Together with her husband, Mr. Jide Ogundipe, she co-founded PFNetwork Global. Its work encompasses conferences, leadership seminars, ministry schools, missions, media, and initiatives that support spiritual growth and economic empowerment.

Her missionary work has taken her into communities across Asia and Africa, including Pakistan, Uganda, Tanzania, and Nigeria. Through these engagements, she teaches, supports leaders, and serves alongside people from different cultures, bringing the message of faith into the realities of their lives and communities.

Dr. Toyin is the founder of Dominion Kingdom Academy, a school of leadership that equips leaders across ministry, family, education, leadership, the economy, media, and arts and entertainment. The Academy brings Kingdom principles into the understanding and practice of leadership, preparing people to serve with competence, integrity, and a clear sense of responsibility.

Her global consulting work focuses on leadership development, strategic foresight, and the growth of people and organisations. She helps leaders consider the future, understand their context, strengthen their direction, and build the capacity to carry their vision into practice.

Her experience across cultures informs her approach to consulting and teaching. She recognises that effective leadership requires an understanding of people, cultural awareness, trust, and the ability to develop others.

She is also pursuing doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership, extending her study of transformational leadership, cultural intelligence, and global consulting.

Her teaching emphasizes the believer’s identity in Christ, the government of God’s Kingdom, spiritual formation, purpose, and the practical expression of biblical truth in everyday life.

Her leadership and consulting work has also brought her into cross-cultural environments, strengthening her conviction that effective leadership must combine truth, character, cultural understanding, and the capacity to develop others.

Dr. Toyin’s professional background includes more than fifteen years as a licensed dentist in the United States, with experience in clinical care, dental management, and executive leadership. Her work in dentistry has strengthened her commitment to attentive service, professional excellence, and the systems that support effective care.

Her earlier experience also includes work in financial services. These professional foundations contribute to her understanding of leadership, stewardship, organisational responsibility, and enterprise.

As an entrepreneur and the founder of Dips Consulting Holdings, she brings together practical experience and strategic thinking to develop people and support organisations. Across her professional pursuits, she values sound judgment, integrity, and work that creates lasting value.

Communicating Truth and Bringing Stories to Life

Dr. Toyin writes Christian teaching books, biblical studies, Kingdom leadership resources, devotionals, and journals. Her writing explores faith, spiritual formation, identity, purpose, relationships, and the responsibilities entrusted to believers.

Her work also includes Christian romance novels that explore love, friendship, healing, faith, and the choices that shape people’s lives. Through both teaching and storytelling, she creates space for readers to reflect, grow, and recognise the significance of their own journey.

As a media specialist and AI movie director, she brings messages and stories to life through film and digital media. Her creative work includes productions that communicate biblical themes and make stories accessible to children, families, and wider audiences.

Her publishing work is supported through Vidaliz Press, which produces books and resources for reading, study, teaching, and personal growth.
