Authority: Christ, the New Creation, and the Government of the Kingdom (Volume III)

AUTHORITY — VOLUME III

Christ, the New Creation, and the Government of the Kingdom

What did Christ accomplish through His incarnation, death, and resurrection? What distinguishes the New Creation from Adam’s original condition? And how does the heavenly courtroom reveal the legal dimensions of spiritual authority?

Authority: Volume III brings the five-volume series to its redemptive center, unveiling Jesus Christ as the Authorized Man, the Last Adam, and the One through whom divine government is perfectly expressed and spiritual life is restored to mankind.

Building upon the foundations established in the preceding volumes, Dr. Toyin Ogundipe examines the mystery of the Incarnation, Christ’s confrontation with Satan, His exercise of Kingdom authority, His obedience to the Father, and the governmental significance of the Cross, Resurrection, Ascension, and Enthronement.

Christ did not come to recover an earthly mandate that God had legally transferred to Satan. Mankind’s terrestrial commission remained intact. The deeper crisis was humanity’s spiritual alienation from God and subjection to the influence of darkness. Through Christ, the divine answer to that crisis is revealed.

The volume then enters the profound mystery of the New Creation.

Moving beyond a conventional understanding of salvation, the author examines the incorruptible Seed, Zoe—the life of God—eternal life, sonship, and the distinction between the first Adam and those begotten of God through Christ.

The believer’s spiritual position, heavenly seating, jurisdiction, and authority in the name of Jesus are developed alongside the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the government of the Word, and the Church as an authorized Kingdom community.

The final movement investigates the heavenly courtroom and the legal dimension of authority.

Through an examination of divine judgment, accusation, advocacy, covenant, testimony, and spiritual access, this volume explores Satan’s continuing role as accuser, Christ’s ministry as Advocate, and the distinction between victory accomplished at Calvary and the enforcement of Satan’s expulsion in Revelation 12.

Across its three major parts, Volume III explores:

• Jesus Christ as the Last Adam and the Authorized Man.

• The Cross, the blood, resurrection, and enthronement of Christ.

• The mystery of the incorruptible Seed and New Creation life.

• Zoe, eternal life, sonship, and spiritual government.

• The believer’s position and jurisdiction in Christ.

• The authority of the name of Jesus, the Word, and the Holy Spirit.

• The Church as an authorized Kingdom community.

• The heavenly courtroom, Satan the accuser, and Christ our Advocate.

• Calvary’s accomplished victory and Revelation 12’s future enforcement.

• The relationship between legal standing, spiritual access, and the exercise of authority.

Authority: Volume III establishes that spiritual authority cannot be understood apart from the Person and finished work of Jesus Christ. The New Creation is not merely a return to Adam’s original condition but the emergence of a people begotten of God, united with Christ, and brought into the government of His Kingdom.

Written for serious students of Scripture, ministers, prophetic and apostolic leaders, and believers seeking a deeper understanding of their identity and authority in Christ, this volume provides an extensive biblical and prophetic examination of redemption, spiritual life, and heavenly government.

The mystery of authority finds its redemptive center in Christ—and its living expression in the New Creation.
